These Terms of Service govern your use of properdisplay.com and any purchase you make from Proper Display. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using Our Site
You may use our site to browse and purchase products for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, copy its content for resale, or access it through automated means without our permission. You're responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Products & Pricing
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every display case, including materials, dimensions, and finish, but slight variations are normal in handmade wood products. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the one shown at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we accept once your payment is processed and your order is confirmed by email. Custom orders are confirmed and scheduled for production once payment is received. See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery timelines and our return policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including photos, product designs, logos, and text — belongs to Proper Display and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Proper Display is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect once posted here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
