What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal at checkout. All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Reach out as soon as possible at hello@properdisplay.com with your order number. If your case hasn't gone into production or shipped yet, we're usually able to make changes or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state law.

What are your cases made of?

Every case pairs a solid wood base — available in oak, walnut, or a black finish — with a crystal-clear acrylic cover. We build for durability as much as looks, so the wood is real furniture-grade stock, not veneer.

Do the cases arrive assembled?

Yes. Your case ships fully assembled and ready to display — just unbox it, set your piece inside, and place the acrylic cover on top.

Will a case fit my model, collectible, or LEGO build?

Each product page lists exact interior dimensions. If you're unsure, our Display Guides page walks through how to measure your piece and match it to the right case size.

Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?

We do. Custom display cases are made to order — get in touch through our Custom Displays page or email us directly with your dimensions and we'll follow up with options.

How do I clean and care for my display case?

Wipe the acrylic cover with a soft, lint-free cloth and a little water or a mild, ammonia-free cleaner — standard glass cleaner can cloud or scratch acrylic over time. The wood base just needs an occasional dusting or a barely-damp cloth.
